Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital story bundle purchases are final once access has been delivered. However, we are committed to your complete satisfaction.

If you experience technical issues, accidental duplicate purchases, or access problems, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.
Physical Product Returns
If physical products are offered in the future, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following conditions:
Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Downloaded digital files
- Customised or personalised products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
